What to expect? A healthy and delicious home-made Vietnamese dish within 15 minutes? Visit my class and you will cook with gluten-free, vegan, and healthy ingredients of the traditional Vietnamese kitchen. I will show you how quick and easy cooking a delicious vegan meal in a traditional Vietnamese way can be. You will leave class with all of the recipes and all of the confidence to cook Vegan Vietnamese in your own kitchen! Non-alcoholic beverage will be available. Students are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. 3 course menu: Starter: Socialising 'n easy Nem quan (Vegan Summer roll vegan*) + pic (eating and rolling summer rolls with friends) *Gluten-free/Dairy-free Main: Quick 'n easy Pho chay (Vegan pho soup with tofu* ) + pic (pho chay) Pho xao (Stir fried rice noodles, tofu and pak choi*) + pic (pho xao) Com voi ra xao (Boiled rice and soy sprouts*) + pic (com voi ra) *Gluten-free/Dairy-free Desert: Fruity 'n easy Fruit plate and green tea or Vietnamese coffee Date: 16th Feb 2018 Time : 17:00 to 21:30 Venue: Kochnische in Markthalle Pricing : CHF 135.- per student (up to 15 students per class) Gift option for each student A Vietnamese Ingredients Starter Kit to take home: CHF 30 per student.
